Discover Musical Theatre: WICKED
"Something has changed within me, something is not the same. I am through with playing by the rules of someone else's game. Too late for second guessing, too late to go back to sleep. Its time to trust my instincts, close my eyes and leap..." belts Elphaba, the green witch from the musical Wicked.
The most beautiful thing about musical theatre is that there is room for every personality type, from the loud and outgoing to the quiet and shy. This school year, your child is invited to explore his or her personality and physicality through the stories, songs, and life-lessons from the musicals Annie, Wicked, The Sound of Music, and Hairspray. Starting with an energetic warm-up at the ballet barre and on the yoga mat, students will sing, dance, and act together in a joyous environment all the while actively practicing their English.
The course is designed for children in Grades 1, 2, and 3.
Arrival time is between 17:00-17:15, the course begins at 17:15, and the duration is 1 hour.
