Dance Dance, Mommy!
A course for busy Moms
It's time to get out of the house and move! No formal dance training is required to enjoy this course, but rather, a desire to move to upbeat music and to join a group of mothers who need a break from the weekly routine. Each session will begin with a Ballet and Pilates based warm-up to loosen joints while building core muscle strength.
