Close Encounters Theatre, Zürich
Close Encounters Theatre (CET) is a dynamic performance company that delivers original and highly physical productions. It is led by the fearlessly creative Tara Broden who focuses on acting and directing, and the profoundly soulful Jo Wilmot who focuses on movement and choreography. Both are working professionals in their artistic fields and the highest level of educators. Together they offer unique training opportunities for youth and adults in drama, dance & physical theatre in English in Zurich.
I have the wonderful opportunity to teach two musical theatre dance courses for CET in the school year 2019/20, An Introduction to Bob Fosse and Iconic Dances of the MTV Generation. In April of 2020, I am honored to be acting in their daring staging of the rock musical Spring Awakening.
